November Poem-A-Day 22

Words

As if Spring has been eclipsed
or Winter is addicted to a selfie
rain has plopped, not just fallen,
hit hard as if dropped
from a greater height.

She thought of weeding earlier
when the sky was blue, her bed
still snug, like a cuddly casket.
All day, inside, she has a
question but cannot ask it.

(the prompt was to use at least 3 of 6 words:
mine are italicised)
